The marketplace is branded BizXit. A legal entity name, registration number, postal address, and jurisdiction have not yet been supplied for publication. These details must be added before a public commercial launch.

• Account details: name, email address, role, and authentication records.
• Optional profile details: phone, profile photo, LinkedIn URL, location, company, and industries of interest.
• Listing details supplied by sellers, including confidential financial information and private documents.
• NDA details: legal name, agreement record, uploaded signed document, status, and review information.
• Deal messages and stage changes needed to support a transaction.
• Contact and support enquiries: name, email, message, and privacy acknowledgement.
• Saved valuation reports and their inputs, only when a signed-in member chooses to save them. Unsaved drafts are stored on that device.
• Essential technical records used for security, operation, and fault diagnosis.

We use information only to provide accounts, publish approved teaser listings, review identity and listings, control confidential access, support deal conversations, secure the service, and send requested service notifications when email sending is enabled.

Public visitors see approved teaser fields only. A listing owner and authorised administrators can review the listing and NDA requests. A requester sees confidential listing details only after the listing owner accepts that listing-specific NDA. Deal messages are limited to the people in that deal. Service providers may process data only where needed to provide authentication, hosting, storage, and email delivery.

Confidential listing, identity, and NDA documents are kept in private storage. Access is restricted by account and transaction rules. Information should be kept only while needed for the marketplace, security, disputes, and applicable legal duties. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so members should upload only requested documents.

You can update optional profile information and may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information where applicable. Do not use deal messages for privacy requests because they are sent to another marketplace member. Send privacy requests to support@bizxit.tech.

BizXit is intended for adults acting in a business capacity. It is not intended for children. Information may be processed where service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.
