Members are responsible for the information they publish. BizXit reviews listings before publication but does not verify every statement, and may reject, suspend or remove listings that break these terms.

Liability

BizXit is not a party to transactions between members. To the extent permitted by law, BizXit is not liable for losses arising from a deal between members.
