Buyer and Seller Terms of Use

Sellers

Sellers must have the right to sell the business they list. Public teasers must not reveal the business name, exact address or full financials.

Listing plans are paid in advance through Paystack. New sellers may receive one free month. Fees are not refundable once a listing is published, unless required by law.

Buyers

Buyers request confidential details by submitting a signed NDA for each listing. The seller decides whether to accept or reject the request.

Deals

Negotiations and agreements are between buyer and seller. Members should obtain their own professional advice and carry out due diligence before completing a transaction.

A deal marked closed by the seller cannot be reopened.

Off-platform contact

Members may agree to continue outside BizXit, but these terms continue to apply to information obtained through the platform.
