BizXit Alerts Privacy Policy
How BizXit handles information used to send listing, NDA and deal alerts by email.
What alerts use
We use your account email address, your notification preference and the event that triggered the alert, such as a new NDA request, a decision on your NDA, a new deal message or a listing review outcome.
What alerts never include
Alerts do not include confidential listing details, NDA documents or financial records. You must sign in to view them.
Unsubscribing
Every alert contains an unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, BizXit stops sending notification emails to that address. Essential account emails, such as password resets you request, may still be sent.
Retention
We keep a record of sent alerts and opt-outs only as long as needed to operate the service, honour your preference and resolve delivery problems.
